Automated LinkedIn Posts

AI Systems, 2026

Project Overview

Staying consistent on LinkedIn is hard when you are also running a business. Writing posts that actually sound like you, stay on-trend, and go out regularly takes time and focus that most people do not have every day.

I built an automated LinkedIn content pipeline that pulls from real inputs: niche trend topics scraped from the web, my past posts for style reference, and call transcripts for fresh insights. Claude processes all of it using a humaniser skill and my personal brand voice, and Zernio handles the scheduling. The result is posts that sound genuinely like me, published consistently, with almost no manual effort.

The Problem

How the System Works

01

Apify scrapes niche trend topics

An Apify scraper pulls the latest trending topics, discussions, and content angles from relevant sources in the chosen niche to keep posts timely and relevant.

02

Pull last LinkedIn posts for style context

Recent posts are fed into the system as style reference so Claude understands the tone, structure, and vocabulary that has already worked with the audience.

03

Add call transcripts as raw insight

Transcripts from client calls, meetings, or recorded conversations are included as source material so the posts are grounded in real experiences and genuine insights.

04

Connect all inputs to Claude

Trend topics, past posts, and call transcripts are all passed to Claude through a structured prompt. Two skills are applied: a humaniser to remove AI-sounding patterns, and a personal brand voice skill trained on my writing style.

05

Claude generates posts in personal voice

Claude produces LinkedIn posts that reflect the current trend angle, draw from real insights in the transcripts, and sound exactly like the creator, not like an AI assistant.

06

Zernio schedules and publishes automatically

Generated posts are sent to Zernio, which schedules them at optimal times. Posts go out consistently without any manual publishing step.
